What is Viteon Health?
Viteon Health is a physician‑led, concierge precision health and longevity practice. We combine advanced diagnostics, precision medicine, and personalized care plans to help you achieve peak health and longevity.
Who will I work with?
All care is led by Dr. Maia Hightower, MD, MPH, MBA, supported by a small, highly trained clinical team. We limit our client roster so every member receives priority access and personalized attention.
What is the Deep Dive?
The Deep Dive is our comprehensive, one‑time onboarding assessment. It includes a physician consultation (virtual or in‑person), advanced laboratory and imaging diagnostics, and a detailed Personalized Health Blueprint.
How do I choose a tier?
Tiers differ by the depth and breadth of testing, imaging, and concierge services included. Most clients choose the tier that best aligns with their goals and budget, knowing they can continue at the same tier in the Membership program.
How long does it take to get my results?
Most lab and imaging results are available within 2–4 weeks. Your Personalized Health Blueprint is reviewed in detail during your follow‑up consultation.
Is the Galleri® multi‑cancer early detection included?
Yes. Galleri® multi‑cancer early detection (1×/year) is included in the CEO Concierge Deep Dive. Galleri® and all other diagnostics, therapies, and services are available to all members à la carte.
Why do I need a Membership after the Deep Dive?
The Deep Dive gives you a comprehensive starting point. Membership provides ongoing monitoring, optimization, and access to your physician team so your plan evolves with you.
Can I join Membership without doing a Deep Dive?
No. The Deep Dive is required for all members to ensure we have a complete health baseline.
Can I switch Membership tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership with 30 days’ notice.
Where do I go for imaging and lab work?
We coordinate with trusted diagnostic partners for imaging and can send mobile phlebotomists to your home or office for labs (included in certain tiers).
Do you prescribe medications or manage existing conditions?
Yes, if clinically appropriate and within our scope. We coordinate with your existing healthcare providers and refer to specialists as needed.
Are IV therapies and peptide therapy safe?
All therapies are physician‑prescribed and sourced from reputable, accredited compounding or commercial pharmacies. IV therapies are administered in the comfort of your home or office.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Our services are self-pay and extend beyond typical insurance coverage. Upon request, we’ll provide a superbill, and you may submit it or your receipts to your insurance or HSA/FSA for potential reimbursement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and HSA/FSA cards. We also offer Klarna and Affirm financing through Stripe, allowing you to split payments into installments.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Monthly payment options are available for Membership. Deep Dive fees are due at booking, but financing options like Klarna and Affirm allow you to spread payments over time.
