As Viteon’s Chief Wellness Officer, James translates the platform’s multi-omic insights and physician protocols into practical, periodized action plans—covering macronutrient timing, HRV-driven training loads, recovery modalities, and mindset coaching. James holds a Masters in Science and advanced certifications in sports nutrition. His north star is simple: turn raw data into sustainable habits so Viteon members can summit life’s biggest peaks—inside and outside the clinic.
