Dr. Maia Hightower is a board-certified internist and population-health physician who has spent two decades translating cutting-edge science into everyday clinical practice. Before founding Viteon Health, she served as Chief Digital and Technology Officer and Chief Medical Information Officer for three Top-25 academic health systems, where she led enterprise-wide precision-medicine and AI initiatives that reached more than 3 million patients.

A clinician-innovator at heart, Maia blends deep expertise in multi-omic research, health-system leadership, and venture-backed digital health to help high-performing professionals extend health-span—not just lifespan. Her vision for Viteon is simple yet bold: unite whole-body diagnostics, AI-driven insight, and concierge-level coaching so clients can add quality years to their prime decades.

Maia earned her MD and MPH from the University of Rochester, completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at University of California, San Diego, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School. She has advised Fortune 500 employers, biotech accelerators, and federal-level precision-health initiatives, and she serves on the National Academy of Medicine advisory committee for Precision Medicine and AI.
